Making a claim for Loss or Damage
If you have experienced loss or damage, you may be eligible to submit a claim.
To do this you will need to:
- Sign in or register for an account
- Report the defect and get a reference number
- Complete the claim form
You May Need to Provide
So we can provide you with a decision as quickly as possible, please include in your claim (where possible):
- The exact date and time of the incident
- A description of the circumstances and specific allegations
- Exact location details (including photos, a marked map, or What3Words)
- Photos of the defect and the damage
- Repair estimates
- Photos of any damaged items
