Report a drains issue

To help us locate the issue please use the map below to start your report.

You can show your location on the map if you have cookies enabled on your device. You can do this by selecting the grey “find my location” button under the +/- zoom tabs on the map.

If cookies are not enabled, the map will display a central location in Stafford.

To find the location enter some location details like a postcode or road name in the search box. You can use the zoom tabs to select the exact location.

Once you have selected the location, use the “Report/Follow a Drains issue” button to continue. You can then add more information to your report.
