Report things blocking the road

You have 10 minutes per page before the system times out. Moving to the next page resets the timer for another 10 minutes. As long as you are signed in to your customer account when making your report, all the data you enter will be saved and you can continue your report from your dashboard.

Locate the issue

To help us locate the issue please use the map below to start your report.

You can show your location on the map if you have cookies enabled on your device. You can do this by selecting the grey “find my location” button under the +/- zoom tabs on the map.

If cookies are not enabled, the map will display a central location in Stafford.

Once you have selected the location, use the "Report/Follow things blocking the road" button to continue. You can then add more information to your report.
